I properly configure Windows, which includes the user accounts settings, power settings, and I remove the Windows 10 bloatware. I install remote management software which provides me with notifications whenever the health of your systems is in question. This service includes cloud storage and automated backups. I conduct monthly maintenance, usually outside of business hours to eliminate the loose of productivity. And I make regular onsite visits to handle issues that may not had warranted a support call.
The value in Support as a Service is that it allows you to cover the support for 3 to 4 users for what 1 hour of uncontracted support would normally cost.
